Enrolments Children from the Bilbul area are entitled to enrol at the school. Out of zone enrolments will be considered by a panel. Children have to turn five by 31 July before they are eligible to enrol in Kindergarten. Enrolment forms are available from the school. Click here to view the Bilbul Public School Prospectus.
